Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (KTP - Indonesian National Identity Card)
• Valid date of birth proving you meet the minimum age requirement
• Current residential address in Indonesia

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. We process verification requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during business days.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Terms

r999 accepts deposits through approved Indonesian banking institutions and e-wallet providers including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 3.2 Withdrawal Terms

You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000 per request
• Maximum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000.000 per day for standard members (higher limits apply to VIP tiers)
• Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for standard accounts, two (2) hours for Gold tier, and thirty (30) minutes for Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP members
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed
• You must wager (turnover) your deposit amount at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations

VIP benefits including higher cashback percentages, faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive tournament access are awarded based on cumulative monthly turnover as defined in our VIP program terms.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
