Who We Are
r999 is Indonesia's premier online gambling destination, bringing world-class sports betting, live casino action, and thrilling slot games to millions of Indonesian players. Since our establishment, we have built a reputation as the most reliable platform for those seeking premium entertainment combined with lightning-fast transactions, competitive odds, and professional customer support. Our mission is simple: deliver an unmatched gaming experience tailored specifically for the Indonesian market while maintaining the highest standards of security, fairness, and responsible gaming practices.
We understand that Indonesian players have unique preferences and requirements. That's why we've partnered with all major local banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Bank Mandiri to offer instant deposits and withdrawals processed within minutes, not hours or days like many competitors. We also support popular e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, giving you complete flexibility in how you fund your account and collect your winnings.
Our platform serves the entire Indonesian archipelago, from the bustling streets of Jakarta and Surabaya to the cultural heart of Yogyakarta, the tropical paradise of Bali, and the rapidly growing cities of Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar. No matter where you're located across Indonesia's diverse geography, r999 brings premium betting entertainment directly to your smartphone, tablet, or computer with seamless mobile optimization and 24/7 accessibility.
At r999, we specialize in the games and sports that Indonesian players love most. Our sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1 extensively, featuring every match from powerhouse clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, Arema FC, and PSM Makassar. We offer comprehensive coverage of international football leagues including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and premier tournaments like the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup where millions of Indonesians passionately support Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda squad). Beyond football, we cover badminton tournaments that resonate deeply with Indonesian sports culture, including the All England Championships, Indonesia Open, Thomas Cup, and Uber Cup.
Our casino section features thousands of certified slot games from industry leaders like Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Habanero. Indonesian players particularly enjoy our selection of slot gacor (high-payout slots) that deliver frequent wins and exciting bonus rounds. We also offer live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, bringing authentic casino atmosphere to your home with professional Indonesian-speaking dealers, HD video streams, and interactive chat features. Traditional lottery fans can enjoy togel (Indonesia's beloved numbers lottery) with multiple daily draws and transparent results posted in WIB (Western Indonesia Time) timezone for maximum convenience.
What truly sets r999 apart is our unwavering commitment to player satisfaction. We employ bank-level SSL encryption to protect all transactions and personal data. Our games are certified by independent testing laboratories including iTech Labs, eCOGRA, and GLI (Gaming Laboratories International) to guarantee fair outcomes and published RTP rates. We maintain a dedicated customer service team fluent in both English and Indonesian, available 24/7 via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to resolve any questions or concerns immediately. Our VIP program rewards loyal players with escalating benefits including higher cashback rates, faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and invitations to exclusive tournaments and events.
Our Mission & Core Values
Player-First Philosophy
Every decision we make starts with one question: How does this benefit our players? From selecting game providers with the highest RTP rates to negotiating faster banking partnerships, we prioritize your experience above all else. Our platform design, mobile optimization, and customer service protocols all reflect this player-centric approach.
Transparency & Trust
We believe transparency builds trust. That's why we publish all bonus terms upfront with no hidden wagering requirements, display exact RTP percentages for every slot game, process withdrawals according to clearly stated timelines, and maintain open communication channels. When issues arise, we address them honestly and promptly rather than hiding behind automated responses.
Security & Fairness
Your security is non-negotiable. We implement military-grade 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions, store sensitive data in encrypted databases compliant with international standards, and undergo regular third-party security audits. Our RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are independently certified to guarantee that every spin, deal, and draw produces genuinely random, unpredictable results that cannot be manipulated.
Responsible Gaming
We recognize that gambling should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress. r999 provides comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and reality checks. We strictly enforce our 21+ age policy and encourage players to set budgets, take breaks, and seek help immediately if gambling stops being fun.
Indonesian Market Expertise
Unlike generic international platforms, we've invested heavily in understanding Indonesian player preferences, cultural nuances, and local payment ecosystems. We offer customer service in English and Bahasa Indonesia, support all major Indonesian banks and e-wallets, schedule draws and promotions around Indonesian holidays like Idul Fitri, Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek), and provide localized content that resonates with our community.
Continuous Innovation
The online gaming industry evolves rapidly, and we evolve with it. We continuously add new game providers, expand our sportsbook coverage, upgrade our mobile platform, introduce new payment methods, and refine our VIP program based on member feedback. Innovation isn't a one-time project for us—it's an ongoing commitment to staying ahead of player expectations.
